A confirmed Definitive Map Modification Order in respect of Bridleway EE390 at Eastry. The Order has now taken legal effect, although please be aware that the route requires work to bring it into a fit condition for public use and, therefore, there may be a delay before it is capable of being used on the ground.

The Order was confirmed by the Planning Inspectorate, to whom the matter was referred due to objections received, and a copy of the Inspectorate’s Decision Notice (which sets out the reasons for confirming the Order) is available on the County Council’s website at: https://letstalk.kent.gov.uk/bridleway-ee490-at-eastry
