be held on Monday 3rd February 2025 at 7.30pm in the Parish Room, Church Street, for the purposes of transacting the following business.

The meeting will be closed so that members of the public can speak.

7.HIGHWAYS
To discuss and agree actions relating to highways issues
a) HIP
b) Thornton Lane & Mill Lane Junction – closed 12-18th March
c) Solar light not working Mill Lane to Gun Park footpath – now working
d) Parishioner complaint – Pavement cambered towards the road from Lower Street
up to High Street on left hand side.
e) Bridleways EE490 & EE491 -Parishioner complaint can’t be accessed – Clerk
reported to KCC PROW
8.FINANCE
To discuss financial matters affecting the council.
a) Citizen’s Advice – support request
b) Accounts 2024/25 – Budget V Actual to 31st December 2024
c) To consider the 25/26 Budget recommended for adoption by the Finance Committee.
d) To consider the recommendation of the Finance Committee that the Council Tax be
increased by 5% (£3.72 pa) to £78.08 for a band D property for 25/26, total precept
£67,520.46.
