Notice is given that a vacancy exists for a one bedroomed cottage with stair lift.
Persons of good character of not less than 50 years of age who have resided in
the Parish of Eastry for not less than five years are eligible for appointment.
(A couple may be appointed).

grevillehomes@yahoo.com, or can be downloaded from the Eastry Parish
Council Web-site www.eastry-pc.gov.uk and must be returned to:

(1) Residents are required to contribute a weekly sum towards the cost of
maintaining the almshouses.
(2) Canvassing of the Trustees or Officers is strictly forbidden.
(3) Properties are allocated using a predetermined point’s based system.
Failure to comply with this requirement will preclude an applicant from
selection.
