Investigators are appealing for information following a fatal collision near Dover.
At around 7.10am on Wednesday 2 February 2022, a motorcycle and a refuse lorry were involved in a collision on the A258 Deal Road, near the junction with Pond Lane, St Margaret’s at Cliffe.
Kent Police attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and Kent Fire and Rescue Service and the motorcyclist, a woman in her 50s, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are investigating and would like to speak to anyone who witnessed what happened, or has dashcam footage which may assist their enquiries.
