Peter Gill, Our Community Warden, has reported there is a gang of men working in the Dover area villages offering jet washing of driveways and roof repairs etc. They are very persuasive and are charging £300 plus for the work cash or bank transfer.
I can confirm the group have been seen in the Eastry area looking for work.If residents have any problems or concerns about this including threatening behaviour, please report to Kent Police.
